We shopped in the Manhattan store today and Tia Bone was so helpful. We needed a new bed for Christmas family coming over and we were pleasantly surprised at the experience we had today. We will definitely send anyone we know who's looking for a new bed to Mattress Hub!

This place has always went above and beyond to service and help my family when we've been in the market for a bed or any bed accessories. Very professional, and far greater experience than you will get in any big-box store. Thank you Mattress Hub!

HORRIBLE experience. We bought a bed and were told we had 90 days to sleep on it and if we didn't like it we could get a refund or exchange it out. We went back to exchange it out because our mattress was sagging and buying an Iseries bed I didn't think we would get that. So we went with a different brand. When we went to pay and he gave us the invoice it was the same price, the brand we went with was almost $1000 cheaper and we asked him why it didn't go down even a little he said because of taxes. NO FREAKING WAY is there that much in taxes. Come to find out they don't do returns and if you do exchange you at least have to exchange for the price you initially paid or higher or you are out of that money. We will NEVER shop there again or recommend them to anyone.

Please, if you value your sanity, DO NOT SHOP HERE. These guys need to be run out of business. They are condescending, unhelpful, lying scumbags. We got pressured into buying a mattress, weren't given a chance to look at the sales "contract". Then when we tried to change our mind less than 24 hours later they said "All sales are final", even though they couldn't possibly have ordered it yet!!
