      Founded in 1979, GraceMed Health Clinic is a community health center that provides medical and dental care services for residents in Kansas. Its services include urgent and acute care and disease and chronic illness management. The clinic offers treatment services for ear, nose and throat infections, sprains, high blood pressure, asthma, depression, diabetes and the flu. GraceMed Health Clinic provides wellness and prevention services that include prostate checks and developmental screenings. The clinic offers immunization programs and performs tooth cleaning, filling, extraction, root canal and crowning procedures. It also specializes in providing women and child health care services. GraceMed Health Clinic offers prescription medications through a pharmaceutical assistance program. It accepts health insurance plans from various providers, such as Medicare and HealthWave.
