Operational since 1998, Timber Lines Transportation Services offers specialized transportation services for people with disabilities and special needs. It has served more than 1,000 disabled and senior citizens and enabled them to get out of homes to enjoy recreational activities, go to work, keep medical appointments and attend schools. The company provides nonemergency transportation services for Medicaid medical card holders. Timber Lines Transportation Services is also a Sedgwick County Transportation vendor and is supported by the Kansas Department of Transportation. The company is a part of the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that offers support services for individuals with disabilities.
