I worked here for a few months and by far the worst boss I have ever had. I had to do my job and his job. Mr Dale St Claire was a worthless lazy POS who chain smoked and doesn't want you to have a life cause you have to be available anytime to do his job. The way he talks to you is very disrespectful always expecting you to read his mind, he bad mouths one employee to another constantly running them down. He has no education just a piece a trash that just lucked out by climbing up the ladder. Very unprofessional for a team leader.

It was very clear to me right from the beginning that he didn't like me cause I was from another country outside the U.S also from a lot of the comments he said you could tell this man is from another generation and a super racist.

I ended up working way more hours than I was supposed to and didn't get paid cause I was on salary cause most of the time I was doing his job. My first pay check I got included mileage and lodging for training, so I paid off some credit cards and then I was informed that it was a mistake and that I have been over paid and I will not be getting a pay check next time. By this mistake they made I didn't have money to pay my rent.

I joined there as a merchandiser and Dale forced me to take a night time delivery position that I wasn't available to work so I was forced to quit and honestly I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there could I couldn't stand the sight of that man.

When I was hired I was hired by a corporate lady and he had no choice in the matter. Also Dale's boss was this guy called ED a very nice and professional man. Well he quit and dale's boss became his best friend Ernie and those two grew up together. Now he gets to do whatever he wants. Earnie was a backwoods kind of guy just like dale. Both had no teeth.

His intention right from the start was to get rid of me so much so he never ordered my uniforms cause he knew I wasn't going to be working there for very long. Also I heard from other employees that there is a high turnover rate cause no body seems to get along with Dale. The all run faster than they come. When I left he was forcing me to give my exit interview to him and not to mail it directly to corporate. Obviously I sent it directly to corporate.

I will never recommend anybody to work there as long as Dale St Claire is managing the place and Ernie is his boss. People like this should never be given any kind of authority.
