Extremely unhappy, where do I start? We contracted a job to "Harold's" that involved HT, and he had it sent off to Bodycote the week of July 21. On Aug 13 I was informed by Harold that it had shipped, & he should receive it the morning of Aug 14. I called him the afternoon of the 14th to see if I could pick up the job, and he wasn't sure where it was but he didn't have it...The lady at Bodycote said his parts shipped that day (the 14th) & gave him a tracking # that didn't work for the normal carrier, nor the carrier that she claimed had our job (or any other carrier for that matter). He called back to find out that it hadn't shipped yet, but DEFINITELY would be by the end of the day, and with the normal carrier. I feel untruthful, but now I get to tell my customer, again, that yes, his parts should be here tomorrow. This is just ONE of several reasons we use Superior Heat Treating in Kansas City, and will continue to do so in order to provide a quick turnaround time for our customers.
