Formerly a General Manager for Florida Water Incorporated, Dorian was made aware of American Income Life's 'Opportunity Unlimited' by his brother, who was a successful Master General Agent for the Vic Hancock Agency in Louisville, Kentucky at the time. The move to AIL proved to be a great one for Dorian. He was the First Founders Club member in the state of New York for National Income Life Insurance Company and has received numerous General Agent and Master General Agent Awards. In 2004, he received the Dale Carnegie course's Highest Award of Achievement and in 2007 the Oldham Agency Leadership Award.
