After my second dui I thought I was going to do some time or never get my license back. However on the dmv hearing he had them agree to wait until the judge decided my case for them to suspend my license. Following my court case I only had to wait 90 days u till I got it back. When I got arrested I served just over 24 hours however in court they counted it as time served so no more jail time. Just the 18 month dui program and fees is all I got.
