This facility is one of the worst places for receiving mental health treatment. The employees here act like they could care less about the residents here receiving mental health treatment, and basically only care about getting a paycheck. And when I had some concerns about the quality of care I was receiving here, Shannon Killian, the charge nurse for my unit was never willing to talk to me regarding the way the employees she oversees treated me. So I had to get the the state involved to help me out because the employees there never even wanted to hear my concerns I had regarding the quality of care I was receiving. And the employees there never even took my grievances I filed into consideration and basically just blew them off like they were nothing, which is pretty sad when you're working with people with mental health issues. I also had Disability Rights Wisconsin helping me out because they would not follow the grievance procedure. So overall, I would never recommended this facility to anyone or your loved ones to receive mental health treatment. The employees are very unprofessional on the job and as I said before, they act like they are only worried about getting a paycheck!
