great food, beautiful restaurant, reasonable prices

This place has a great selection of food at a reasonable price.

One night on the town and my friend decide to take be to this place they loved to eat at occasionally. As you can see I gave this place 1 star because the food was pretty good, I won't lie, it was good. However, we didn't see one cook or waitress or any of the people putting food out, with a hair net or gloves or anything like that on to protect the food they were serving. As my friends and I were eating I discovered a small hair. I then told one of the waitresses there at the time. The waitress said "What?, where? what hair". My friends and I then pointed to the small hair. The waitress then reached for the plate and pulls is long disgusting hair from inside my food. It was without a doubt baked it. Now, mind you, we didn't even see that particular hair, the one we were showing the waitress was in a completely different spot on the plate. YUK! We left and went into another store and the manager of this store and the manager said "I don't even know why that place is still up and running. My two friend went and ate there once and got food poisoning and they were both in the hospital for weeks". In shock, my friends and I then returned to the Sakura Buffet and ask for the information (in case any of us got sick) and the woman behind the register was very mean and nasty when we asked for it. There was a bit of a scene. Then my friend asked the waitress that found the second hair to be honest and say that she saw it. The waitress then lied, shook her head, and said no repeatedly. And my friend said she would call the cops because the woman behind the register threatened her physically. The woman then said "Go ahead, Go ahead and cal the cops. They Always protect us!" We then left the facility and it just had me thinking; How many times have these people gotten away with things like baking hair into food or poisoning people and lying about it, and not had to deal with it because as they said "The Cops Always Protect Us". This is NOT right. My advice, don't eat here. who knows what else could have been baked into your food and you have eaten it and it caused harm to your body.

Great buffet with lots of choices. Also has sushi bar and Hitachi.

THAT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT ,WE WENT THERE FOR MY GRANDMA 85TH BIRTHDAY,THE HIBACHI SHOW WATS FUN AND ALL THE WORKERS WERE SO NICE. THEY USE JAPANESE DRUM AND SING THE BIRTHDAY SONG TO MY GRANDMA,ALSO WE GOT A FREE FRIED ICE CREAM CAKE.

went to the sakura for my sister's 18th bday. They have a children's menu and their food is wonderful. We were there about 2 hours. I highly recommend their salmon. however all the food we had at our table was great!

Overall very good i had excellent customer service the attendants were young but very knowledgeable about things . Very nice people in there. Willing to help excellent communication skills and very good choice of selections. overall Very Good
