Mortgage Bank America, located in Whitehall, Penn., is a locally owned and operated mortgage bank that serves residents of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. Since its founding more than 20 years ago, the company has processed more than $8 billion in loans and in 2003 processed approximately 3000 mortgage applications. Its loan programs include conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA approved, PA Bond and, home equity, debt consolidation and refinancing. Mortgage Bank America operates branch offices in Wyomissing and Plymouth Meeting, Penn.; and Wilmington Del. It provides a small number of loans to residents in New Jersey and Maryland.
