Rude, biased and unprofessional. Staff talks bad about you as soon as they walk around the corner. I have read a bunch of horrible reviews about Dr Petrick before hand but was unable to find another surgeon in my area so i felt I had no other choice. He was unwilling to consult or work on me. He suggested I go somewhere else after he accused me of lying about my referral because the fax hadn't come through yet. He treated me like I was only there for pain meds when what I was seeking was a solution, not a band aid. He and his staff made negative comments about my personal information on my chart. Very unprofessional and seem unmotivated to work. Several months ago I even had an issue making an appointment because they wouldn't answer or call back for weeks, then when I had my referring dentist call for me because I couldnt get through, they again accused me of lying by saying I never called.I dont trust or recommend this office, if you can avoid it. You really need to understand this doctor and assistant duo is something out of hollywood bazar o world. The doctor acts like he only works to fatten his retirement and despises patients. The secretary/assistant has to be the rudest so called health care person I ever met. Stay away they are scary people who seam to hate the very patients they get fat off of.

i wish it was possible 2 give no stars. under no circumstance should you ever let this man operate on you. I went to get 2 teeth pulled and was put under. when i got home i realized that my bottom lip had been literally cut in half. furthermore he refused 2 give me anything but ibuprofen for pain. this was the worst experience of my life.

This office is old fashion. He used out of date procedures. The nurses believed that they were too old to work hard so you felt like a customer at the deli line at the local grocery store, they just wanted to get you in and out as quick as possible. Sorry but in a doctors office that is not the feeling I wanted. Not a bad doctor just not personable.
