I did not use this business personally. I live on a service road and one of their trucks was half way on the medium strip and half on the street. I don't know whether work was being done on the medium strip or to one of the houses on my street. This wouldn't have been a problem, except he parked right next to a car parked on the street and the other half of the truck was in front of my driveway. So although I sat behind him for minutes waiting to see if he would pull up (which he would've only needed to pull up a few feet) nothing happened. I revered all they back up my street then had to go around the block in order to drive down my street the wrong way. By the way, my street is a one way and it's a small service rd on a bigger main rd. So I squeeze my car into my driveway so that I wasn't parked the wrong way in front of my house. I left my house 30 minutes later. Now there are other trucks blocking the rd and he is still in the same spot. My neighbor was helping me reverse out of my driveway so I didn't hit the truck, which he still could've moved up. As I went to drive off, I rolled down my window and asked the man why he couldn't pull up after he saw no one could come down the street and after he saw me struggling. He said, "I wasn't payin no attention, I'm waitin on my foreman." So clearly, he's not doing anything and could've moved and watched me this whole time because we made eye contact several times. I don't really know if they do a good job, but that was enough for me to see.
