"Doctor" Luis Mayolo:

I started dating the receptionist while I was a patient at Genesis Clinical Services. “Doctor” Mayolo later banged my girlfriend, and then rubbed it in my face. He ended up settling a sexual harassment lawsuit for $4000, and later lost his fiancee. The clinic had my girlfriend sign a form denying sexual harassment, and fired her the next day. Mayolo still works at Genesis. Mayolo would say things to my girlfriend, such as “I wish I were your therapist.” Way to support the women’s movement, guys.

Doctor Emma Cabusao:

Repeatedly leaked my HIPAA-protected info. She is also not above taking a $3000 check from big pharma for “making a speech”, and turning around and prescribing those meds to her patients, and bragging about the $3000 check to her staff at Genesis Clinical Services.
