I did not need to Board up the broken glass so it saved me money

They put in a bay window for me and did an excellent job. I didn’t realize how much heat and a/c I was losing from the old rotten bay window until I got the new one. It keeps the inside weather in and the outside weather out, and it looks great!

They were the only ones that could fix our window, we went to a few places first and they all said to go to carlsons after they realized they didn't have the right parts. They did take a little over two weeks but once I called back they fixed it right away for me.
We plan on getting our shower door done with them as our neighbor had a good result.

Terrible service. Flat out worst customer service I have ever had. I never write bad reviews but this takes the cake. First off they sent out a "trained professional" to measure the window that needed replacing. It took them 4 weeks from the time they measured the window to get the window in. They then sent someone out to install, after cutting apart the entire sill they discovered they had measured wrong and would have to order a new window. The new window took another 2.5 more weeks to come in. This whole time there was no phone calls to apologize or offer to cut the rate quoted. 6.5 weeks for 1 window! I told them I wanted my $100 deposit back and I would be taking my business elsewhere. They refused to refund the money, so I told them they can come put in the window but I would not pay another dime, they have never come to install the window and no manager has ever called me to discuss the situation (I asked for a call twice). The lack of customer service is astounding, the pure bone headed lack of attention to detail in measuring the window in the first place is cause for concern but the follow up care (Or lack thereof) is pathetic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

bad service. i had ordered a table glass top and they said it would be ready in 2 weeks. i called right on the last day of 2 weeks as i had heard nothing. And the reply was.. "we sent it out as it was a custom piece and we will let u know when it comes back!!!".. i said but 2 weeks are up and i need it and the gentleman on the other end was least bothered. he said well .. we will let u know.. when we hear about it.. no due date, no promise, no apology for the due date being past... nothing.

i thought that was terrible approach to customer service and commitment!

Carlson Glass is a reputable glass shop with good customer service and quality work. They stand by their work and care about their customers. They came to my house and gave me a free inspection. Within a few weeks my glass door was done and it was delivered.



After calling other glass shops, I felt that they offered a fair price with a good delivery service. I called other shops that wanted very high delivery prices and contracted out their delivery work which affected the hours available for delivery.

I had screens replaced. After the fourth trip back, the right screens were finally given to me. Very expensive screen replacement as well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for a piece of glass. The experience was no better.

Brian went out of his way to take care of our foggy glass repair. He was very informative, nice young man
