I went in for a manicure. The lady missed areas of nails &left tons of paint on my fingers. When I nicely brought this to her attention &asked her to please fix it, she got all defensive &rude. She started telling me its because my nails are short (she cut them). I said my nails are always roughly this short &have never had any issue before. Tells me the part where I said she missed the nail was really skin even though it was clearly nail. She continues to go on with an attitude/rude demeanor "I know how to do nails." I never said she didn't-all I wanted was for her to fix them before I left. I also pointed out the paint that was left all over the skin, &she says its because my nails are short & then eventually that it is due to the polish color. I know the skin might be tinged/stained with paint since its a dark color, but I shouldnt have chunks on my skin that werent even attempted to be removed. I left with paint chunks on the skin &missed parts of my nails despite her "fixing" it
