Wonderful atmosphere, employees are friendly, prices within same range as similiar salons.

I probably wouldn't return. I went in for a haircut and although the atmosphere was fantastic and beautiful the cut was not. I asked for a more experienced stylist and she might have been, but the cut was not good. There was also some confusion regarding who the appointment was with. They gave me a different stylist at the last minute then switched me back when I questioned the level of experience of my new stylist. As she was styling it after the cut she asked me what I wanted her to do with it. I told her to do whatever it was that she wanted and she said, "I don't know what to do with it." So, she just let it lay there however it fell and asked me if I wanted hairspray. I did not look good at all when I left and was embarrassed for my husband to see me. Also, she didn't show me the back of my hair. I thought that stylists were supposed to offer advice and help and suggestions. Instead, I got nothing. Not even a good haircut.

The haircut I recieved was wonderful, however I was repremanded for not calling ahead to notify the stylist of my "thick" hair.

A friend & I decided to do a day @ the spa.When we entered the salon we were escorted in the back to start our massages very young staff not very personable. When my massage was over(which I felt was very rushed) I was escorted out to a waiting area where my masseuse you want to call her that) boyfriend was sitting there waiting for her with some otherpeople that seemed to be her friends this would probably explain the reason why she was in such a hurry! Our pedicures were next the water was cold not luke warm cold I ask her to adjust it she said it was the warmest it would get! I ask her where I should hang my jacket since we were never given a locker she put it on the ground in between the pedicure chairs half way thru I looked down and noticed white film all over my jacket!! for beverages we were offered tap water. The majority of the staff was right out of cosmetology school the one girl doing my nails was still in school! Extremely unprofessional atmosphere & not friendly
