I have been sending my son there for a year and half and I find the school to be very loving understanding my child always comes home clean, he also can't wait to go back to school that tells me that my son loves his school and little friends. What I find is a little disturbing is not the staff or the children that attend but a few parents. I believe that a few of them have the wrong idea about daycare. To me if a child is safe, kept clean, is being fed properly and that the children are happy being there and at the same time they are learning then I feel the school has met their good standing in my opinion. Unless things change my son will be there for another 3 years.

My son has attended this daycare for over a year. I have been happy with the school until this week when a third person entered the partnership and announced herself as the new Director, firing the current Director who had been at the school since it opened. No formal notification has been issued to the parents and four days later parents continue to be uninformed of the new Director's qualifications and what this change means for the school and our children.

All I can say is..."Thank God I finally found the most wonderful center for my Son". After coming from one of the best child care centers in LA. CA., I discovered that finding a genuinely professional educationally oriented center on the east coast was not so easy until discovering the Westwood Childcare Academy. It was not the typical large franchised "Child Warehouse" that provides the appearance of what as mothers we all want for our child, but doesn't deliver! WWCA is a small personal center with 50-60 kids where the staff has enough time to be attentive equally to all the students. My child has learn so much because of the curriculum. The guilt that I feel just not being there with him, has been diminished by the knowledge that he really likes being at WWCA and is receiving genuine love based education that I wish I could give him...I highly recommend this center. It is worth the 20 minute drive each morning. Also it was $200.00 a month less than one that I almost registered with.
