My loved one was here for 5yrs. My loved one passed away and the CNA's and some RN's were great--the rest of the staff is AWEFUL with communication!! You find out things days after it has happened, and good luck with the social work department---there hearts are not in it!!! They are also on the 3rd administrator in 5yrs--???

My mother was at this facility received 2 hours of therapy per day. She sure was wiped out but she came home after 30 days of intensive therapy. I highly recommend this facility. It is a hidden Gem.
