I made an appointment (with an endodontist) a week and a half ago for this coming week. They called me this morn and told me I had to bring the cash up front (as we all know, dentists costs are sky-rocketed and out-of-hand). I told her I don't have that type of cash to bring in and will make payments. I have perfect credit. They won't allow it. I asked what is a person to do when they have a dental issue which needs attention, and is struggling in these times. She was very rude and curt in her response of "go somewhere else"...in a negative, condescending tone. They never mentioned this during the initial appointment setting phone call. A week and a half was wasted..... When I told my regular dentist about this, he exclaimed that many of his patients had issues with this place. He stated he would NEVER recommend them to any of his patients.

I have been to this place a couple of times. Recently i went for a 7 am appt. I was not taken back until 7:40 and by that time they only did some x-rays and needed me to reschedule to do a cleaning. this time the appt was also at 7 but i was running a little late. They called me at 7:10 and told me that i would need a different appt. I told them that i was 5 minutes away and they said it wouldn't work. they also told me i couldn't have any other 7 am appt times because they fill up fast and since i had missed one they couldn't schedule it for me. Terrible Customer service
