Awesome nail salon. They are clean and professional! Manager is awesome and respects good quality. They give you fill ins and repairs vs ripping the nails off and starting over. Best service I have found.

The people here is very nice, polite, and accomodating! The prices are quite reasonable and I was treated like royalty! I highly recommend this establishment!

Horrible!! I don't even want to give them 1 star but it wouldn't let me not give at least one.. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I went here for the first time as my sister in law had raved about it. I got a shillac manicure and my eyebrows waxed. The man never spoke to me who did my nails, they are uneven (globs on one side and thin on the other). So I go to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady who was recommended named Kim dropped a big drop of baby oil in my eye without apologizing, my eyebrows are two different shapes. I had to go back in a second time after I left and demand she fix them, and give me my money back. My eyebrows look HORRIBLE!! Then I had to go back in a third time within an hour of leaving the second time because my nails got messed up my just taking a shower! ... Horrible place please never go there!!

I originally started going here because it was so close to home. However, each experience has been worse. Once I went there for eyebrow waxing and they were completely uneven and no shape. They have the absolute worst pedicures, and take no time to massage and clean feet. Every time I go there I feel like they are annoyed at their customers and want to hurry through manis and pedis and get back on their iphones and ipads. I kept trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and went for shellac polish change occasionally. Although they are always rude, my nails turned out fine. However, this last time they did not even remove the nail polish completely that I was already wearing and two of my nails have already completely pealed off. Save yourself the time, do not go here. Elle Nails on Ford and Newburgh is the best close by.

I have been coming here since they opened because it is located right around the corner from my house. I will never go anywhere else for my nails or eyebrow waxing. I have had multiple bad experiences at the places in the mall or other nail salons and from the second I walked in, I felt very comfortabl and at ease. After going there a few times, I got to know kelly and love how she can understand me so clearly and everyone treats me so well, always asking how my family is and how our baby is doing. Very personable and very sweet. They do a great job on pedicures and manicures and have never waxed my eyebrows too thin or shaped them funny. I cannot say enough about this place and would recommend it to everyone! It helps to schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait. It tends to get busy sometimes, but with the reasonable prices and great work I can see why!

I have never been disappointed with my nail experiences until I walk in to this nail shop. I'll never go here again! When I walked in for the first time I smell a really strong smell & everyone was yelling at each other. I didn't have chance to tell them what I want because they just sat me on the pedicure chair I guess they don't understand any word I said so I let them do the pedicure since it was cheap.. It turn out that it's a really cheap pedi because they didn't care to clean my feet & it was like a 10 min pedi without any massage... That day I really need a fill gel so I was being nice to let them fill for me because I have an important event to go to. My fullset turn out ok until the next day I broke a nail because it was super thin at the top.. I went back for a repair & I explained to them but I think that they doesn't even care. Two week later after I come back to my old nail place Top Diamond Nails when they removed the polish I found out that there are few fungus growing on. Now on I'll stick to my regular place. Never will go to PK again! I don't think they sanitize their implements...
