I called to get a quote on insurance and the quote was extremely high ($2,759 for 6 months of PLPD!) and when I mentioned that the quote was higher than one I received for full coverage, then thanked the man on the phone he just hung up, no goodbye, no thank you for calling nothing - just hung up. If that is the way a potential customer is treated there is no way I would want to be a real customer. Remember that even if I didn't buy your insurance I may know others who are looking and I will be very clear to let them know to look elsewhere.
