Horrible compassion for family. The older, cranky, shouldn't be doing this job, lady actually hollered at me during my brother in laws funeral! I came in with the food for my family and she nudged me in the ribs and pushed me with her body to move over while I was setting up our food. She said that the food was being placed on the counter "too close to the other families food!" I did not know what the situation was for placing food, as I had just walked in and upset by all the family members crying. She was rude, thoughtless and had no sympathy what so ever under the circumstances. I will NEVER use this funeral home and my brother in law looked HORRIBLE. So much makeup, at the age of 54, they made him look gray. Thumbs down all the way around. Sadest part of the day, she never apologized even after she silenced the room with her loud voice towards me. Ruined what should have been a celebration of life. I will never forget this....

This was definitely a surreal experience for my family.These people actually allowed our loved one's body to be removed and placed in a different home. This was done on the say so of her children. She begged the rest of us not to tell them where she was while she was dying. I've never heard or witnessed anything like this! Before she was transferred,they put her body in the basement. As people showed up to pay their respects,they were turned away at the door. I will be talking about this place for a long time, but I'm sure it's not the way they would want to be discussed!!!

We had an extremely poor interaction with the Griffin brothers over the pre-paid funeral. Although we signed the agreement, we were not informed that current retail fees would be charged even though we pre-paid. I would never recommend this funeral home and had to give it one star to register my complaint. They would not honor a verbal agreement. They are unethical and untrustworthy businessmen.
