My two daughters started dance at this studio during the summer session just to try it- that was three years ago and they still love comiing for dance! Nancy is one of the kindest people I've ever met and she runs a wonderful program! We highly recommend her if you are looking for a positive environment for lessons at an affordable price!

My daughter has been going to Nancy's studio for three years and is taking ballet, tap, and jazz. Nancy Larsen has gone out of her way to work with my daughter's schedule to make sure she keeps up with the rest of her class. I would recommend Nancy's to anyone.

We have been apart of this dance family for almost 4years now! Ms. Nancy is always excited to see and hear from the girls as well as the parents. class is set in a warm loving teaching environment. Ms Nancy is one of the most caring instructors you will meet! We're lucky to have found her!

We have been extremely pleased with dance lessons here. My daughters and my son have taken all forms of dance lessons here from preschool through high school. My son was one of the few boys taking lessons , but was comfortable and challenged enough to continue until he graduated from high school. The studio is more family friendly than most. Parents and siblings can comfortably wait and watch their dancer if they choose. The children feel very comfortable with Nancy as she is very kind and gentle in her approach, always focusing on the child and what is appropriate developmentally for each age group. We loved that there was a dance studio that did not get into the world of competitions. Nancy teaches the class with the assistance of a teenaged helper which is beneficial, especially with little ones. The teenagers are experienced students of Nancy's who are carefully selected for this role. My teens gained many skills from this program of assisting classes. This adds to the family feel at this studio with the older children helping the younger ones. Many who have gone off to college return to help with recitals. We love the atmosphere of this studio!!!

My daughter has taken classes from Nancy since she was four years old, and is still going strong 11 years later. She loves coming to all her dance classes. She could hardly wait until she was old enough to assist the younger classes, so she could be at the studio even more. Nancy is wonderful with all her students. She embraces anyone who wants to learn how to dance no matter size, shape, ability, etc... She choreographs to everyone's strengths. If a student is struggling to learn a dance, she offers extra help by staying late or coming in early. Nancy's love and compassion for the students and their families goes above and beyond. The recitals that are put on every other year are amazing, spectacular extravaganzas. Now that she has graduated, she can hardly wait to come home so she can go visit the studio and dance!

I started bringing my oldest daughter to Nancy when she was nearly 3. My ridiculously shy daughter has blossomed due to no small part by Nancy. She is the kindest, warmest most loving dance teacher. She came highly recommended by several families I knew. I have three daughters who now take dance. I have been through busy toddlers and I appreciate the waiting room with toys and comfortable seating. Plus I get to watch my girls dance! Win win! Nancy is one of the few teachers in the area who is very conscious of modest costume and music selection. This is so important for little girls to appreciate their bodies without showing everything off at the age of 9. Nancy does not have dance competitions or dance team as some studios do. This I also find advantageous because we aren't constantly running to dance competitions and yet have plenty to keep us busy between jazz, tap, ballet and contemporary. I have always appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere for girls of all levels and abilities. My oldest is a beautiful dancer. She is 11 and has the grace of a teenager who has taken for years. She has learned proper technique from her instructors, both teen and Nancy. Overall, The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and has always felt like a second home for my children. We take 7 classes a week.

I have been going to the studio since I was 4 years old. I love going to the studio. I even go there when I am home from college. Nancy makes everyone feel welcomed and works with student. She does have assistants in the class that help with the class. Everyone there is so nice. You become a part of a family once you have been there for years like I have. No matter what type of class you tkae , everyone there is welcoming and are there to have fun in dance class. I can not imagine what my life would be like if my family didn't take to Nancy Larsen Dance Studio three times a week. The studio will always be a second home to me.

I would not recommend this dance studio. Miss Nancy is very nice, but she hardly teaches the classes, her 16 year old sister taught the class. They didn't teach anything about dance. They expect you to know everything! The studio is also very small and have 1 room about big enough for 4 people (if they're careful not to hit the walls).

A fun place for those 18 and under to learn ballet, pointe, jazz and tap. My daughter loves her classes and she is improving her skills every year.
