I can't believe this car rental company stays in business. The manager is rude and obnoxious. They give you cars with bald or badly worn tires, dirty in the inside and they smell. I went to pick up a car today, a Nissan Maximum. The car had 68,000 mikes on it, the brakes felt faulty and then I noticed the bald front tires. I took it right back only for them to try and give me another car with bad tires. In fact as I looked at all the cars available each one of them had little tread on the front tires, seriously! One of the cars the Nissan Altima had the left front panel hanging and said I could take that one. These cars are unsafe to drive and obviously not cared for. I told him to forget it and went elsewhere. They should get zero stars but that wasn't an option. They suck.

BEWARE!!!! The man in charge is a total jerk. This place is a SCAM. We rented a car in the beginning of August, he said the TIRE PRESSURE METER is wrong and the car is in perfect condition. Then we got a flat tire and had to pay for a new tire. With the new tire, the pressure meter is back to normal immediately. Not only did he LIE to give us a car with the faulty tire and we had to PAY OUT OF OUR POCKET for a new tire on the road (the guy gave us a bad attitude and wouldn't have anything to do with it), A MONTH LATER there is A HOLD of $250 on my credit card from the SAME COMPANY!!! I was done with Thrifty a month ago!!! I had to cancel my card and get a new one. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!
