      They are terrible. They only tell you what they think you want to hear. Although, they represent the sellers they are all about making money. They pretend to know the rules and regulations and look really stupid when you get a real professional involved. Daz wanted a sale and was willing to say anything to make it happen, even if it wasn't true. Shame on Murphy business for allowing them to represent their company.
