I called to set appointment, and was told they haven't hired a massage therapist yet (no apology). I asked when, and was told several weeks. I don't want to wait several weeks, and they will not offer a refund! Totally upset. I have to wait, and it better be worth it (I'll let you know once I complete.) This is a high service spa ($95/55 minutes massage), in a high income area, which is not operating in a manner with which I desire to be treated.
