This is a high crime area. On the night my car was vandalized, three others at Stratford Chase were also broken into. A week before, another car at our building was broken into. The police refuse to investigate unless damage is over $3000, because there are so many breakins here. The trains are noisy, and blow their whistles several times every night. Anything they tell you, make sure you get it in writing.
