      Established in 1992 The Artists' Cooperative Gallery of Westerly, ACGOW, is a fine arts gallery exhibiting a new show every month with work from member and visiting artists. ACGOW shows are free and open to the public. All sales of artwork are sales tax exempt by Rhode Island state law.ACGOW is a 501-(c)3 non-profit organization, and art gallery, run by volunteers. It offers exhibits of fine art paintings, sculpture, glass, ceramics, textiles, photography and contemporary art as well as opening receptions, lectures, workshops, and classes.Each spring The Artists' Cooperative Gallery of Westerly sponsors a juried regional show that attracts artists from across the Northeast.Openings are held from 5-8 pm on the Friday following the first Wednesday of the month. Browse the show, meet the artists and enjoy a glass of wine and tasty refreshments.
