775 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590. These people even though charging me wrongly for how many days I had the vehicle DID NOT want to help what's so ever they even called the police on me and all I did was ask for assistance regarding the rental as well as the amount charged.... Very rude disrespectful and ass**** I'm sorry but I'm angry with the situation.

Please... Don't go near those people.
My initial experience started when the branch manager failed to enter the returned car into their system, so 10 days later I found out they still. Charging my credit card.. I tried to call them to solve the issue but the only thing I got back is rudeness and being careless.... They completely made me feel hopeless....till I decided to take them to the court , then their story start to change.....I am a fair person and I rarely go out of my way to complaint about somebody, but the fact that I was treated so badly and the scam of charging me a extra 10 days for 800 $ made me decide to sue them...
I know you may say that why bother and go through all the troubles to do that ..
But if you were in my shoes and felt the hopelessness of disputing an unfair charge ..
You will do the same..
Finally they made me regret the moment that I decided to rent a car from them...
I may not recover the money from them but at least I want the truth to be heard"... So no one will fell into their scams again
