It took a week longer to get our car back than we were told! We brought our new car to Rocky Mountain Collision and Repair for a repair on our car door because they said that if we brought it to them that day (Thursday) they would be able to get it back to us before the holiday which was the following Wednesday(lie). We immediatly dropped the car off that day because they told us they would get started on ordering the door(lie). While I was there he asked if the windows were tinted, I said no and he said if we wanted them done it would only be $15 dollars a window(lie), so I said okay so that would be $120.00 and he said oh under. We had to call every few days because no one was calling to let us know the progress on the car. On Monday I decided to call to see the what was going on, they hadn't even called to get the parts ordered. They kept telling me that they would still have the car done by Wednesday(Lie). I had to keep calling every day to make sure they were getting parts ordered. On top of that Thursday was a holiday but they decided that they also wanted to be closed for Friday. This is tough on some people when they have to get a rental car. Sometimes your insurance wont cover it or will only cover so many days. On Wednesday the parts weren't in. They said they expect a late shipment on Wednesday at midnight. Which wouldn't do me any good. During this process we kept telling them how frustrated we were with their service, the price of tint now at $140 and they would only say "I understand". They wouldn't offer any solutions or honor the price the gave us on the tint. On the following Monday I called and spoke with the owner. I told him how I felt about the lack of customer service and the lies. I knew at this point there wasn't anything I could do about the time frame but asked if they would get the windows tinted at the price I was quoted. He said he would call me right back after he talked with the csr that gave me the quotes(lie). I never got a call back that day. The next day I called and spoke with him and he had the nerve to yell at me and say that he never committed to calling me back and he will call me later with any new info. I'm sure this is a shocker for you all but he called me back and said he could get the tint done for $130. I told him that we would never come back and I would never recommend their business. Finally got my car back end of business on Wednesday. Went over it with a fine toothed comb and there was mistakes that they needed to correct right there before I would pay them a dime. They dont do quality work All I got out of this experience was frustration, lies and as a consolation I got a bottle of water. Crooks and Liars. zero stars

Absolutely terrible service! My car was in an accident and was send to this body shop by my insurance. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMED THAT ANYONE GO HERE WILLINGLY. the adjuster lied about the condition of the engine after the accident to make sure that they could to the body work (totaling just under $11,000 of work.) I have had my car into an actual mechanic to solve the problem and now the insurance company is paying out even more! these people are scam artists at best. DONT LET THEM GET YOUR VEHICLE!!!
