Prairie Livestock began nearly 40 years ago as an extension of the Bryan family tradition in the livestock business. PLI started under the leadership of W.B. Bryan, who along with his brother, John, founded one of the country's most successful food companies....Bryan Foods."B" gained a reputation of honesty and integrity in the meat packing industry and as a successful farmer, rancher, cattle feeder and livestock dealer. This reputation continues to be the bases of PLI. In fact, the fourth generation management is obligated to carry on with the same values from the past and creative innovations for the future.
