I love Scissors & Co. It is the only place in West Plains that I feel comfortable enough to just sit in the chair and let them do their thing. You can have anything done while there, from a mani/pedi to highlights and a cut. I almost always get my mom gift cards to get her nails done for her birthday from here. I HIGHLY recommend Scissors & Co!
