With offices based in West Palm Beach, Florida Halo Technologies serves our clients with 3D Printing & Scanning services nationwide. Our mission is to work closely with our customer to help them produce an end product that is both useful, functional and low cost. If you need a real life application or model for your next idea, Halo Technologies LLC will use our 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, CAD Design and Rapid Prototyping technologies and put them to work. We specialize in working with manufacturers, architectural designers and inventors. We are able to successfully provide our clients with reduced lead times, optimized iterations, maximized profits and decreased production costs through our 3D printing and scanning services. We pride ourselves at being more than a prototype company, but true mechanical engineer consultants for our clients.

Our services break down into four major categories and they include 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, Prototyping & CAD Design. 3D Scanning: This is one of the most important services we bring to our customers. By scanning real life objects in a 3D dimension, we can then import it into a digital format for further use. This has potential for anything from rapid prototyping new parts to creating real-life video games. Once again, endless possibilities. 3D Printing: We have the ability to produce 3D models with just about any material one could think of from metal, plastic, glass and others. It's a process of making 3 dimensional solid objects from a digital environment. This creates a world of possibilities. We do this through a 3D printing process called the "additive process." Prototyping: For our inventor and manufacturing clients, we offer a full prototyping service. By using FEA (Finite Element Analysis), we can tell you how an item will react to most real-life effects like fluid flow, heat heat, vibration and more. This is invaluable to the manufacturing process and could potentially save our clients thousand if not millions of research dollars. CAD Design: Our CAD design services help produce photorealistic renderings or engineer drawings. No matter what 3D design needs you have, Halo Technologies is here to help.
