I love this store!! Honestly the first store in a mall I've seen that customize and have such unique jewelry! I just received my second gift in two years from them for Mother's Day and it bought me tears of joy! Love love love mome !

Do not come in here! I was treated rudely by the owner as soon as I walked in. I asked how much it would be to have my watch altered and he acted like coming to him to pay for a service was an inconvenience. Then when he began altering my watch he was kind of brutish with it. He banged it against his desk to get a pin out and was pretty sloppy with my new coach watch. I saw him drop a pin from my watch on the floor and when I asked him to get it (so I can have all my pieces just in case). He denied dropping anything and shouted at me. I told him he was being rude and he shouted again saying I was rude and that I shouldn't have gone to his store if I didnt trust him. Then he charged me a dollar more than he originally quoted me and took out one less link than he charged in his quote. I guess he doesn't like having customers. DO NOT go here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

Expensive, but disappointingly cheap jewelry! They won't accept returns so wives beware! My husband was fooled into buying their junk at Christmas and they wouldn't accept the return WITH receipt today 1/4/15!! Clearly they don't want their own garbage back and don't stand behind their product. I was forced to buy a piece of their costume jewelry.. Not happy.. Everything I saw was extremely overpriced and a total waste of money.

Bad place never going back doesn't even need 1 star
