Mo is a phenomenal trainer, extremely knowledgeable, and an expert at communicating. She tailors a program to fit your specific needs. Her dedication and commitment to each and every client is outstanding. My fitness has improved steadily since becoming a member of Greatest Age Fitness. The facility is excellent and the trainer, TOPS.

Mo is a great trainer; always encouraging and very patient. She has helped me feel confident about training and I have already seen the benefits. Her new space is very welcoming without the crowds, noise and waits.

I used to be athletic but as I got older, I became increasingly sidelined with physical limitations, e.g. foot arthritis, fibromyalgia. Mo has been helping me get reconditioned and the results have been amazing, even within a relatively short period of time. Mo's attitude is to listen to your body and work with it. Workouts are individually designed and changed frequently enough to prevent boredom and keep the process fresh. GAF is a fantastic resource for the 50+ population who want to be fit. Barbara S.

I can't imagine a more motivating trainer than Mo. Looking around that colorful, cheerful gym, you can see that everyone there has a personalized routine, geared to individual needs and goals. The small groups work perfectly--we can always get Mo's help, but she doesn't hover once we know what we're doing! She has made it fun to work towards fitness!

Mo is awesome. Her knowledge base is extensive and her ability to communicate is admirable. She focuses on what is important to folks who are no longer needing to impress the opposite sex -- alignment, core strength, flexibility and balance. I hold myself differently since Mo went to work on me. Both my body and I are so glad that we found her.

In the seven months I have worked with Mo, I've learned how to maintain my body as I enter my late 60's. She has focused on improving my posture and alignment as a precursor to strengthening the core muscles necessary to perform everyday tasks with assurance. My back problems of 20 years are history! Mo has an amazing understanding of the body, and tailors each client's program to his or her individual needs. Her new facility is attractive, well equipped, friendly and welcoming. Signing up to work with Mo is a great investment in yourself!

Greatest Age Fitness is great. The personally tailored workouts are well thought-out and designed to let each person progress steadily, at his/her own pace, and bring tangible results. Mo really takes the time to get to know her clients, which enables her to be a great motivator. The facility is beautiful and welcoming, and the collegiality among the clients makes this place special. I highly recommend it!

Greatest Age Fitness is a new gym with an atmosphere that makes one happy to be doing what one needs to do, in order to do what one wants to do. A year ago my doctopr wanted to replace my hip. Mo has helped me avoid this procedure, by giving me specific exercises to strengthen muscles in that area, as well as showing me how to make the soft tissue more pliable. Mo dials right into ones strengths and weaknesses. Each client receives his or her own set of exercises designed for his or her specific needs. If you want to feel like you can do what you want to do, studying with Mo is the way to go! Linda

I am new to Greatest Age Fitness and am very happy I joined. The space is bright and clean, and Mo is terrific. This is what I call a real gym and Mo is an experienced and expert teacher. It is a total body workout under guidance, taking into account your personal abilities and goals. Move well, and move often is the motto. And I intend to.

Mo is a terrific trainer. She has a keen sense of what your individual needs are. She develops creative and engaging individual workout plans. There is no one size fits all with Mo. She has the amazing ability to explain what you need to do, how it will help you, and how it should feel so you can understand and thus become more invested in your physical health. I recommend Mo as the best of the best!!!

Mo is unique in her approach and her knowledge to physical fitness. I have worked with many trainers over the past ten years- they principally focus on motivating their clients and having them clients perform a series of predefined exercises properly. Mo takes a step back, and asks herself what each person needs to improve their overall physical well being,- and tailors her guidance to fit each individuals needs. She is definitely a cut above.

Greatest Age Fitness has helped me to develop better overall core strength and posture. The exercises and stretches are just right for me. Mo has a lot of experience and knowledge about proper form and what is right for each individual. I have improved my flexibility and balance and this make me feel great!

I am convinced that there is no better, more knowledgeable trainer than Mo Lanier. I trained with her for about 7 years, and I learned so much from her about fitness. Mo will leave no page unturned as you begin to explore the fundamental issues related to aging well. Mo's goal is to teach her "students" to function everyday with awareness about the importance of balance, alignment, posture, and the role the core plays in all those areas. Whether you have an injury, are looking to begin an exercise routine, or want to enhance work you are already doing, there is no doubt you will get everything you need, and more, at Greatest Age Fitness.
