Went to the store twice on Saturday as I work during the week. Wanted granite for an island. Was pushed toward porcelain tile. While we looked around both workers got on the phone. Picked out a granite, no one would get off the phone. When I finally interrupted their call no one could give me an estimated cost. Just said they did not know and walked away. I guess they did not need my business.

Got ceramic tile and wood flooring .. Staff helpful and on time!! Love the floors recommend by Michael! Suggest better clean up and inform customer of tremendous amount of dust. I would have covered furniture.

I paid my deposit, so I assumed they ordered my wood floor that day or within a day or two. After my builder had stained all of the stairs, I called to ask where my flooring was. Three weeks later when I finally caught them on the phone (I say this because they never returned my calls.), they said, "Oops ... that flooring was discontinued." Because that was their error by not ordering the floor sooner, I would think that they would find flooring that was the exact color of the stairs--even if it was higher priced--and not charge me for their mistake in not ordering/learning that the wood was discontinued. (The day I paid my money, why didn't they pick up the phone and make sure it was available?!)The new wood was $300 more total. I was appalled that I would even be asked to pay the difference since it was their fault! But I was charged that price. For their lack of doing their job. Now ... the completion of my house flooring rocked on for a while. During that time, my builder asked Teresa to send the tile installers back to redo all of the messy work they did in a bathroom. Each time there was a problem, and there were many, the store would never return my call. And I mean NEVER. The only time I ever talked to them was when I "caught" them on the phone when I called. And they always had an excuse as to why they didn't return my calls--"I never got the message" or "We were at a flooring show" or "I was on vacation." My husband called. My dad called. Never a return call from Teresa's. Now it's one year later since this nightmare began. I have paid the entire balance of the bill since May. Guess who sent me a final bill for nearly $10,000 a few weeks ago? Yep. Said I still owed a balance of a check they cashed in May. Today I got a nasty message asking how I intend to pay the money I owe them. I. Am. Furious. How do you make a $10,000 bookkeeping error and not begin to research to find the error? When I see their fancy commercials, I truly want to vomit. Don't be lured in by what seems to be a business who has it all together. Everything that glitters is not gold.

Installer smoked all the time...left cigarette butts all around my home...showed up 3 hours late and left 2 hours before the 5 o'clock time to stop work for the day. Took 3 days to finish our hardwood floors when I was told it would only take 1 day. Complaining did no good, and I could tell that by day 3 he wanted to be anyplace but work - and his work showed that. The last steps of making sure room to room transition from carpet to hardwood was smooth were awful, they are like speed bumps in my house. Seriously, he thinks people want speed bumps in their homes?!!?! Ugh, next time I'll just have Lowe's do it or something; at least they fix their mistakes and want the customer happy!!!

We replaced all the carpet in our house a couple of months ago. We shopped the prices as well as quality. We have been pleased with both. They even beat the "big chains". The team that installed our carpet (in one day) was awesome! My mother-in-law (a decorator) was even impressed. I recommend Theresa's Flooring.

My mother-in-law just had her carpet replaced in her house, she said the two men were very polite and finished the job that same day.She even told them that she had just painted her walls and baseboards and they took extreme care as to not scratch them up. JOB WELL DONE!! would recommend to our friends.

Just built a new house in Calhoun. Spent $20,000 for a low quality job. This was a one week instulation that is now into it's seventh week. They will not return your phone calls, when you actually speak with someone they will set a date and time to look at the problem and then not show up or even call. When you finally get someone to respond you will get excuses and nothing more. I have grout in one room that is spotted, have been told that it is because I have too much lighting in the room. Ain't that a hoot, I agree their work looks better in the dark. Be Wise use someone else, anyone else.

I bought hard wood floors from here about a year ago. Staff was not friendly to me at all, sold me over-priced flooring, installed it poorly - it is now giving us splinters in our feet where it's coming up!!! They did not return my numerous calls from the day after install until 9 months later (i then gave up) I wanted to tell them about the areas that were not glued properly there is still a popping noise when we walk over them (there are 9 total in 2 rooms and a hall). I had been told to go here by someone who was born and raised in Monroe, and she always had good luck with them. Well unless you are born and raised here do NOT buy from them, cause only "friends" get the royal treatment this company truly does take care of it's own...but John Q. Public beware you are just $$$$$ to them!! I suggest you get your flooring anywhere else but here.
