I'd rate this group a ZERO if possible. They contacted me asking if I wanted to refinance my existing mortgage. I asked about rates and the rep said he'd check into and call back. Found out they pulled my credit and my wife's without authorization or even mentioning anything in regards to credit application and then never called back. Can't contact a real person at any of their phone numbers. No phone numbers on their mailed version of the credit report. All calls go to voice mail. Highly unprofessional!!!!
