Historic Buffalo Tavern Bed and Breakfast is located in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains near West Jefferson, Lansing, Todd, Glendale Springs, Jefferson, Blowing Rock and Boone, North Carolina in Ashe County. Enjoy a private mountain getaway in a relaxing country setting that is only a short drive to downtown West Jefferson Arts District, area attractions including historic Todd and Glendale Springs, and a scenic 40 minute drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, and the High Country ski areas! There are three guest rooms and one suite, all with a Queen-size bed, private bath with shower, fireplace with electric logs and two-person clawfoot soaking tub. Choose from the Governor's Room, the Flapper's Room, or the Madam's Room, each with their own unique story to tell. Or choose to enjoy the the three-room President's Suite, complete with its own wet bar and large bath with two-person shower/tub and four-poster canopy queen-size bed. An inviting full country breakfast is served in the Americana Dining Room at 9 am. Coffee and tea is available at 7:45 a.m. in the parlor.
