      Elcily Hair Salon, we are a Dominican staffed hair salon, that specializes in African American hair, or curly to coarse hair using quality Botox & keratin treatments. and revitalizing deep hair conditioning. We do relaxers and rinse colors, and rollers. Permanent color is one of our top services and highlights. We are also barbers that do scissor cuts for men and children. Please wear a mask upon entering. All of the staff wears masks for our clients protection. Please call.
