I have worked with Mike, Dustin, and the State Mechanical team for many years. They service our family's residential HVAC units as well as our commercial office building unit. My family and I has been through full replacement to routine maintenance work on our units with them. We trust them to give us an honest and well educated answer to our questions or concerns about the work they are doing and in taking care of the units. During the pandemic, they serviced our units and respected our wishes to wearing masks and boot covers when in our interior spaces. If you want a truthful and family company, take a look at State Mechanical. If they for some reason can not help, they will help get you to the right place.

Not going to be using them again. They charged me an arm and a leg the first time to fix my heat, then had to come back a week later because it stopped working again. They of course didn't care that I had already used them a week before, and they charged me another arm and leg. Regardless, my heat does work now so I am not too bitter about that part. The reason I am mad is because it's been 3 weeks now and they haven't deposited my check. I called them the other day and they said they were about to go deposit it, which clearly was a lie. I believe they must have lost it, but they won't tell me. If they would tell me they lost it I wouldn't care, and we could figure it out. I have to subtract $125 from my account all the time, waiting for that check to come out, they check that they probably lost.
