Essentially, this is the CBGBs of Columbia with live music 6-7 nights a week mainly punk/hardcore/metal/indie acts (local, regional and national). Pretty much a main stop for bands touring the east coast heading for Atlanta. After most shows NBT becomes a local watering hole for local musicians. Every Sunday night at midnight the club has "Midnight Muderama" showing horror/slasher/zombie type movies on the TVs and projection screen. NBT is also the oldest continuously running music venue in Columbia
