The company was originally founded as a partnership Chapman, Mazza & Aiello in 1961. Concrete Structures has a seasonal work force, which peaks at more than 300 people and averages approximately 175 throughout the year. The firm primarily operates in the Chicago metropolitan area, but is also licensed to do business and perform work in numerous states throughout the Midwest and Sun Belt regions. Concrete Structures is a member of the American Concrete Institute in addition to many other organizations.
