Let me start with the good part of my review. I was seen on time and left on time. My message therapist was AMAZING!!! Would recommend her to everyone I know! She was so kind and welcoming. The manicurist was very nice and did an awesome job on my feet and tried to do the same for my hands but felt rushed and to which I have a load of bubbles on my nails. Make up lady was a joy. She did a nice job. As for the lady for my hair... Well this is very upsetting. I was under the impression I was to have my hair washed and styled. Due to having very thin hair I brought a hair piece in for a BACK UP but never did my hair get washed... Never did she attempt to style my hair. Then she started to tell me it was going to be more money to put my hair clip in cause then it would be considered an up do. I paid $190.00 and tipped 20% and felt like a freak when I left there. The hair stylist was so snippy and rude I just wanted to leave. I decide not to review yesterday cause I do not post bad reviews, but as the time goes by today I find myself even more upset thatI spent hard earned money to have to go home and redo my hair. Everyone was getting rushed so I could be in this supposed BEST hair stylist chair that my nails have bubbles. I am seriously wondering if she thought I was not worthy of what she would give another client? I am getting married in 2016 and was really hoping this would be the salon I would go to for my special day. Well... Unfortunately it will be not. I have a hard time trusting people with my hair cause it is so thin and yesterday proved to me that I was correct especially when you have someone working on you who just wants to charge you more. One last thing the ladies at the counter were awesome and very nice.
