Frank arrived two days after my exterminator (Strong's, who I also highly recommend) discovered mold in my basement. The mold was successfully treated two weeks later and a humidifier was installed. Wish that Diamond Mold were here in FL where I am now. Woke up this morning and smelled mold. Would love to call Rose and ask her to send Frank.

They did not and have not let me down in any respect and I am now looking at a home that has been cleared of all past mold. With the installation of a dehumidifier to prevent future mold, I believe in their process of removal and in their personnel who complete the task.
