      ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center offers a wide range programs, such as basketball and volleyball league, swing dance, scuba certification, cooking classes, golf training, swimming lessons and martial arts. It provides various seminars by community experts focusing on topics related to health and wellness. It offers personal fitness training programs by trained and nationally certified personnel. ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center provides classes in yoga, kickboxing and cycling to more than 45 members. It also offers a variety of water exercise classes and programs. Its nutrition services are designed to improve the quality of life by providing education programs by registered dieticians and nutritionists. It is located in West Chester, Pa.
