- LiposuctionLiposuction is generally performed with the help of a suction device referred to as a cannula. First, a solution (a mixture of intravenous salt solution, a local anesthetic and a drug that contracts blood vessels) is injected into the fatty areas of the body. This solution helps to suspend fat cells making it easier for them to be removed, reduces blood loss and provides anesthesia during surgery. Techniques vary depending on the patient and the amount of fat and tissue to be removed.
- Breast AugmentationTh year straight. While breast augmentation is still trending as the most sought after procedure in 2019 there is a small percentage of patients seeking explant, commonly known as implant removal.
- Breast ReductionA breast reduction procedure involves the removal of fat, glandular tissue and skin from the breasts. This enables the surgeon to re-size and reshape the breast to fit the body contour of the patient.
- Breast LiftA breast lift (or breast mastopexy) is a procedure to lift and reshape sagging breasts. Factors that contribute to the natural pull of gravity on the breasts include pregnancy and age. Over time, the skin begins to lose its elasticity. As a result, the breasts begin to change their original shape and firmness. A breast lift procedure can help correct sagging skin and restore the shape of a woman’s breasts. Breast lift surgery neither reduces nor increases the size of the breast. Implants may be used in conjunction with a breast lift (mastopexy) to increase firmness and volume in the breasts.
- RhinoplastySurgery of the nose, or rhinoplasty, is the ideal procedure for patients who wish to reshape or resize the look of their nose. Patients with deformities of the nose that make it difficult to breathe may also look to surgery of the nose to restore normal breathing patterns.

- Face LiftMany factors contribute to the success of a face lift procedure. Only a skilled plastic surgeon can determine the right combination of procedures and techniques that best match your skin type, ethnic background, skin elasticity and bone structure. The goal is to restore a natural appearance to the face with minimal detectability. At The Plastic Surgery Group, our plastic surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and have years of experience in face lift procedures. Setting realistic expectations from your face lift surgery and discussing those options with your surgeon will help maximize your result.
- Neck LiftAs you begin to age, your neck muscles become weak and develop unwanted fat deposits which can make your neck appear larger as skin begins to sag. A neck lift is a procedure to eliminate the sagging skin from your neck and tighten the skin that remains, resulting in a more elegant profile and youthful appearance.
- BlepharoplastyFat deposits and excess skin on the upper and lower eyelids can result in drooping upper lids and puffy bags below the eyes. These excess fat deposits may interfere with your vision and make it appear as if you are tired or older than your actual age.
- AbdominoplastyIn today’s society, having a flat stomach is important to a physically fit appearance. Many people labor intensively to achieve this goal. Healthy diets, strenuous workouts, abdominal gadgets all seem promising at first, but do little to eliminate accumulations of excess fat and sagging skin in the abdominal area. If you are bothered by appearance problems, a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) from The Plastic Surgery Group may be a good choice for you.
- Nose SurgeryOnly a skilled plastic surgeon can determine the nose surgery procedure that best addresses the specific needs of the patient. At The Plastic Surgery Group, our plastic surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and have years of experience in nose surgery procedures. Patients are reminded that a nose surgery procedure can dramatically change the look of your face. - Forehead LiftA newer option for patients is the endoscopic forehead lift. Smaller incisions and a quicker recovery make the endoscope a popular option. A pencil sized camera connected to a monitor is inserted through a small incision allowing the surgeon to see the muscles and tissue beneath the skin. Another surgical instrument is inserted in an adjacent area where the forehead tissue is lifted and muscles tightened creating a smooth appearance to the brow and forehead.
