Very unhappy with the service received by Dr. Steven Rauwerdink. He didn't make me feel comfortable nor did he answer my questions with respect. He frequently mentioned he is not working for charity, which made me feel uncomfortable as I was willing to pay out of pocket as my insurance did not cover some of the dental procedures he requested. After having been seen by another dentist, I realize he was trying to make money off of me. I have no respect for this individual who was trying to scam the less fortunate. Shame on you Dr. R!
