I reccomend this office as a General Practice.

I needed to look up a local physician or therapist to find out if Medicare would cover "massage therapy" as it was the only methodology that seemed to work on my fractured pelvis. My experience with chiropractic was poor, there was no relief, and the taking of prescription painkillers was just making me "stu'nad" and not relieving the pain anymore. As a FORMER THERAPIST, I was ANGRY after my phone introduction to the practice. The receptionist was rude and uncaring - telling me to call Medicare if I had questions and making it obvious that I was being "Blown Off". Knowing how busy office staff could be, I asked if the therapist could call me when he had the opportunity. The response was "NO-you can keep trying by phone after 3pm". Overall, it was a clear case that I was an interruption of this woman's day, not a prospective patient. My question is "where do they get these people" and why would any doctor in their right mind want to by that kind of cold apathy? Bad taste.
