I went and paid 61 and went home and da alternator still dnt work

1st visit sold me a faulty alternator for my forklift. Took forklift in to correct issue & was told wiring was incorrect. Charged me to correct wiring. Within 2 hrs of use NEW battery was again dead, but now lights wouldnt work. Took forklift back as a warranty job & was charged again. They then said we had messed with the wiring when WE HAD NOT. Mark would not hand over keys without pmt. I paid. Went out to mount forklift on truck and it kept turning off on me. This company has been in business many yrs by stealing and extorting their customers for money. Mark & the old lady continuously rolled their eyes like 2 yr olds while i continuously told them i shouldnt be double charged for the same issue of the battery not charging by the alternator or the repaired wiring of the lights when the lights were working before then had "REPAIRED" the forkilift the prior visit. Bad business, Bad employees.

the lady in front desk that always say she work there for 42 years. she cursed at me on the phone. NO RESPECT!!!

This is the worst place ever. They do not take responsibilities for their diagnostics. It's hit or miss and that's it. No truth in any advice that they give. Claim to be "certifies"!! Yeah right. This place is a joke. I had to give it a star rating when it deserves nothing!!
