      My first visit at Dr. Black's office was acceptionable. The front desk greeted me and was very friendly. When I went to have my tooth pulled, the assisant rubbed my shoulder to help me relax. After I received the novacaine I was given instructions and time for the novacaine to work. I couldn't believe it the tooth was out within minutes and I only felt a little pressure. GREAT WORK!!!
